• Rinse straight after use to prevent getting anything stuck in your straw
• Hand wash with eco-friendly coconut brush provided or put in the dishwasher
• Straws will last years with good care and love. To sustain the life of the bamboo straw, rub coconut oil on the straw every 5-10 uses
• At the end of their lifespan, simply put the straw in your compost (remember, they are fully biodegradable!)

At EnviroBamoo, we have a strict plastic-free policy- everything sent out is 100% plastic-free. All our shipping materials are recyclable and/or compostable. We ship plastic-free worldwide and wherever possible we use delivery services that are CO2 neutral and track the progress of our shipments in order to offset our carbon footprint.

 

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of being placed.

Delivery to the UK takes approximately 2-3 days.

Delivery to mainland Europe takes 4-6 days 

Delivery to the US normally takes 5-10 days.   

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

 

All UK orders will be delivered free of charge using Royal Mail's 2-3 day service. 

For all International orders we charge a £15 flat rate fee.

For all international orders we offer free shipping on orders over £100.

For fairly obvious hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of our brushes once they have been opened, however further details of our Returns Policy can be found in the hyperlink at the bottom of this page.
