SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 days and you'll receive a personal dispatch email once your order has been shipped. In the UK we offer free delivery for orders £40 and over.

For all UK orders under £40, delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.

Need your order next day? This is possible for a rate of £8.50 and orders must be placed by 12pm Monday - Friday only.

European deliveries are charged at £9.50 - items sent may be subject to customs & VAT charges.

​

Rest of the world (outside Europe) deliveries are charged at £14.95 - items sent may be subject to customs & VAT charges.

REFUND POLICY

Returns of products purchased from Envirobamboo are accepted as per the below:

Change of mind returns

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return a product/products please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@envirobamboo.com so we can help.

For change of mind returns we can only accept the items if they are returned to us in the same condition in which they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. Upon receipt of the unopened, undamaged product, we will issue a full refund minus postage costs.

We are only able to accept certain items up to 14 days from when the order was placed.

Change of mind returns are not available for oral and personal care products, straws or gift cards. Due to the nature of our products there may be additional items that we are unable to accept back due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us before you send anything back to us. Envirobamboo is not liable for return postage costs. We also do not cover additional shipping costs for replacements so these will be charged to you. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product is incorrect somehow please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@envirobamboo.com so we can help. Please include a photograph and full description of the issue. Upon receipt of the returned items, and after confirming that the product(s) are faulty we will issue a full refund (including postage costs). We do not accept returns or offer refunds for natural wear and tear, or for damage caused post receipt.

 

General returns information

If there are any issues or you are unhappy with your order for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us as we’ll get back to you right away to discuss and try to find a solution.

Orders that have been returned by our delivery carrier (Royal Mail) because they have been refused, haven’t been called for, or have an incorrect address, once arrived back to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
